What is your shipping policy?

The Luxe Project usually ships orders within 2-4 business days via Australia Post. 

Within Australia, postage is free of charge. Delivery should take 3-5 business days from dispatch(depending on where you are located). Once your order has been sent, you will receive a notification email which will include a tracking number.

International orders will incur a flat rate postage charge of AU$30. All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please be aware that you are responsible for any local duties or taxes that may be charged - they are not the responsibility of The Luxe Project.

Please Note:
- If the incorrect address is entered at check out, a re-delivery fee will be charged to the customer.
- The Luxe Project does not hold any responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit. 

 

What is your returns policy?

The Luxe Project will only accepted returns for faulty goods (please note many of our bags are made from vintage handcrafted fabrics and as a result may display some visible surface wear. Faulty goods refer to issues pertaining to bag structure i.e. faulty zip, detached strap etc.) and must be made in writing and returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.

Please note refunds or exchanges will strictly not be issued for sale items.
